The God I know

To me he’s Amazing

Compassionate, Kind

And Slow to Anger

The God I know

Is my strength

The reliever of burdens

He Comforts Me

Fills my heart with joy

The God I know

Is a loving Father

Though Troubles come

The lord is always with me

Like the psalms says

He is there

Even in the depths of the ocean

The God I know

Is just

Hating of sin

But always forgiving

If I follow him

He will never let go of me

Because the God I know

Will always love me

Forever and ever

Amen

PS: This was the very first Christian poem I'd ever written. It's special to me because before this poem I never even knew I could write ✍️ poetry
