I look to you oh Lord

When all seems hopeless

For you are with me

Even in the depths of my despair

You are there

When nothing makes sense

When sadness

Has all but swallowed me whole

You are with me

In the midst of the pain

I will cling to you

For you are always there

Lord you are my LIGHT

You are the end of the tunnel

With your mighty hands

You have reached down into the darkest pit and rescued me.

Though I am weary

I will take heart in you oh Lord

For You have promised

To never leave me nor forsake me

For you are with me

You have seen my troubles

Not once have you broken your promise

No matter the trial

Lord you have never abandoned me

For You are my refuge

My source of hope.

It is you who shall free me from all my fears
