You never know when you'll receive inspiration
A few weeks ago, I dove down to Phoenix to drop off donations for a Christian camp’s annual garage sale fund raiser. I also included in the trip a stop at my favorite Asian market. We have nothing like it in my area. It is huge.
Browsing the aisle I found some vegetable seeds from Korea. They were beautiful packages, well priced, and had a slick photo of the vegetables on each pack. Fortunately, I have a translator on my mobile phone. I push the camera button, and it changes the words into English. I bought some hot peppers and Asian style eggplants. Last year’s peppers did very well, but the American eggplants only produced one small one.
I’ve been preparing my small garden this week and decided to read the instructions on the seed packets (with the phone.) I noticed a familiar phrase in English on the back’s bottom of each pack.
“Be joyful always, pray continually, give thanks in all circumstances, for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus. 1 Thessalonians 5:16-17
One of my favorite Bible verses.
I have no doubt these seeds will be a success. I’ll let you know.
