As ya'll know our son Gabe feels he is called to be a home baker and has already in his senior year of HS, has his business license for Gabe's Micro Bakery.

He has gone two years to BJU (Bob Jones University) for their summer camps to learn french patisserie baking from a pastry chef that has owned a bakery there in Greenville SC for many years.

We had a pleasant surprise when they listed the camps today and saw Gabe Featured. You can see it here - https://educamp.bju.edu/camps/baking/

He is excited to go for the last time to learn more this summer.

If you have children or grandchildren looking for camps, I can highly recommend them. They go from young 4th grade to 12th grade and have a wide range of different camps.
