Let me set the picture for you. Very Whindy roads lots of blind curves with 6 & 7% grades ( welcome to the Appalachian mountains)

On Fri. July 17th, as I was heading back home from servicing the hot tub at a rental my wife cleans and i do the basic maintenance ( retired from the big projects) anywho- raining is an understatement. Rd speed says 35, lucky if you make 30 because of so many curves..I'm headed down hill doing 25. I come around a blind curve and some noodle brain is trying to pass a truck towing a mini track hoe ( passing up hill in a blind curve on a double yellow line..OMG really 🤦) my 1st thought was we're gonna have a head on and this isn't gonna be good 🤔

In a borrowed F150 pick up against his 1st generation nissan pick up🤦 there's an area to the right maybe big enough for 1/2 a vehicle or you go over the bank. My thought is to slide the back of the truck around so if I do go over i will be facing up the bank.... we passed each other by inches literally, I didn't go over the bank praise you Jesus❤️👍🏻👏👏 the kid obviously over corrected went back into his lane and shot back over the L lane just missing the car stopped behind me and went over the bank, a tree stopped him from going all the way, you could see the bed of his truck. He got out. The truck and trailer asked if he was hurt he said No...truck and trailer kept going, I went on and the 2 cars went on. Yes we left him right there. Right or wrong..he learned a valuable lesson.
