I agree with TYLER on points 1) and 2) but disagree that there are ONLY 2 ---- simple obedience is reason 3 for me. No overthinking it, just do whatever the message is, or what message is to be communicated. There is growth for the obedient ones no matter what God's message is. Not just "even" but especially when we don't fully understand the situation.

I would normally run to- CHECK FOR CONTEXT before making any sort of comment on any quoted scripture, but here, you include it all!
