Please pray for my daughter, Ashley. She is 29 weeks pregnant.

The dr agreed to let Ashley go home from the hospital even tho the dr wanted to do an “extended stay until delivery” (Ashley says she just wants to be home with her 3 year old Aurie and her husband) but she may be put back in the hospital at any point.

They are keeping close eye on her labs since protein was only 0.1 point lower than when they require the hospital stay. Ashley will be having weekly ultrasound scans the next two weeks then twice a week until delivery. She will have weekly OB dr appointments until after delivery.

Dr said they are trying to get her past 34 weeks but each appointment will update that. Our hospital is not equipped for specialized care of infants under 34 weeks and would have to care flight baby Alfira to Ft. Worth. They are closely monitoring baby Alfie’s size, watching for intrauterine growth restriction.

They are monitoring Ashley for pre-eclampsia. Her oldest daughter (our granddaughter) is 3 and had to be delivered at 37 weeks with very similar circumstances.

We are praying Alfira will not be delivered before 37 weeks.
