I’m having shoulder surgery in a few weeks.

I’m having a right shoulder full rotator cuff repair, shoulder AC repair, and a bicep repair. Surgery is scheduled for November 18. Recovery is 4-6 months. The first 6-8 weeks of NO movement of my arm/shoulder. I and very dominantly right handed. I’m trying to practice doing things with only my left hand and I’m really struggling.
