Prayers please, my blood pressure has escalated lately, 186/91 this morning 7/18 @ 6:30a.m

I'm on meds, but I'm also sure it's because lately all my wife wants to do is go out to eat.🤦‍♂️ I told her if she wants to go out, that's fine but your the one always saying " I have to lose weight I'm fat" ..( well she's not but that's a different issue)...also trying to get thyroid meds leveled out ...PRAISE JESUS I WILL GET A NEW BODY👏👏👏👍 mine is say..hey dude, pay back time 🤦‍♂️🤣🤣
