Jesus was betrayed by His people. The people of Israel. Not unlike how Joseph was betrayed. It's not a 1:1 comparison but even when we turned our back and betrayed God's chosen, God takes what we have decided is the least of us and puts that chosen person in positions of power to accomplish God's will! Praise God for taking the humble and raising them up. Lord keep me humble, in Jesus' Name Amen.
