I like the Scripture songs but rarely listen to them as they sound like so.....so...Honestly? Like they belong in a funeral home to me. I do like the one that goes "Oh Lord God of our salvation I cry out day and night before you" and that newer one folks complain about sounding like it's space music at 1st. It totally escapes my mind at the moment. BUT I LOVE that one. I'm sorry if this offends anyone, but singing about our God and our Lord to me should be JOYOUS and HAPPY.
My favorite way to use these scripture songs is for my own encouragement. I also play them when the nine grandchildren are visiting. Love hearing them all sing together. I also share the links with friends and family. Plus I share them on social media. I have used a portion of one of the songs to make a video meme to share that I put in the Forum here. “Let not my enemies…..”
We are using it as part of our morning Bible time. My son was gifted a Memorization Study Bible by his best friend. It breaks the scriptures into a way to easily memorize the word. So we are using it to memorize Ephesians 1. We are playing half the song (up to verse 14) and play it twice, singing and reading it to memorize in the morning. During the day we play playlists of Brads music so its getting into our spirit while we work/homeschool..
I'm hoping someday soon Brad can give us guitar music to purchase. My son has been learning guitar for 2 years and wants to learn his songs.

My favorite so far is Psalm 125 as the melody and words stick in my head and I find myself singing it more.
Here is an example
