We only keep our gas heater set at 65-in Southern Iowa. We wear long johns and fuzzy jammy pants and tank tops under long sleeved shirts. Also we block off our living room and hang heavy thick curtains on the windows. Other then hitting the bathroom or kitchen to fix meals we stay in the livingroom 90% of the time. We've done this for years
Sounds yummy Delanie, and yes chopping wood really helps in so many ways. :)
Great Ideas La Petite, we do the same and try to keep the water dripping in the faucets because this keeps the heat away from the bathrooms.
